I thought I posted this already, so if it shows up in some weird spot on the forum, let me know.

You would like my house JoDizzle, red walls, red carpet, red drapes (so the carpet DOES match the drapes, and not metaphorically).

Yes, F-50. I put an Eminence Lil' Texas and a Weber Beam Blocker in it (to cut about 600 lbs off the weight and spread the sound out. I've been surprised at how much it sounds like a rock amp instead of a metal amp. Nice gain structure. The Luke sounds really nice through it, especially the neck pickup. Very, very Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Love that idea of the Weber Beam blocker.I'll see about getting one of those.

I say to people that sometimes in a club , listening to a band, you find yourself sitting in the speaker's flame - ya know, the "blue bit of the flame" - the hottest bit, and the high frequencies can make you a bit uncomfortable.

My Mesa F50 doesn't have the Mesa Boogie badge, instead it has the Mesa Engineering badge,

That picture of yours shows that the baffle is designed to accept the larger badge that you have, and the baffle on mine seems to be "smaller" to accept the "Engineering badge".

I mentioned it to the factory and they said that sometimes they did leave the factory like mine.

Anyway - I think the F50 is like EB guitars - not many people in comparison know just how good they are. The F50 is a killer amp and with the AL is just purrrfect!!!;)

Yes, that is odd. I could never figure out why they used different badges on the amps. That would be like putting Ernie Ball on some guitars and Music Man on others.
I like the bigger badge though, easier to see that it is the real thing on stage :)
