Question Will a Gotoh GE1996-T Fit the Axis w/new "Tribute" Floyd

Hey Guys!

Quick question,

Got a nice new Cherry Burst Axis w/ the newer style Floyd Rose w/pop out arm.

Problem is, I prefer the older style, would I be able to swap out the two trem units so that I can have the older style while utilizing the old mounting posts? (No major modification to the guitar)

yes they will, called ebmm to get a new floyd for my evh and was told they are direct replacements. I ended up getting the gotoh 1996t myself from that same seller lol. Paid for it tuesday and was here friday
