Hi from France, and sorry for my bad english.
We are trying to fix an old MM SR5.
What we did :
the phantom coil of the pickup has been rewirered by a pro. Seems (electronically) fonctional.
Now, issues from the switch. We need to replace it, since it was dusty and rusty.
Since we can't find any wiring diagram on line, what about colors of the pickup wires ?
We have black, white, red, green and bare
the coils resistance mesurements between black and white : 9,8 kilo ohms
red and green : 2.05 k ohms

Any idea about the hot and cold, the north and south and witch one should be splitted to solder a 3 way blade selector ?

SR5 rules the word ! (when wired)
Have mercy

.
What year is your Bass? I may have a schematic of the preamp but it may not include the wiring of the phantom coil.
