Customer Service blows me away!
I ordered a set of cobalt flats off ebay which in the description said 5 string set. I was shipped a 4 string set. So I contact the seller and ask for an exchange, but they don't have any 5 string sets. They made a mistake in the listing and won't have any 5 string sets until August. So, I thought about selling or trading them and then thought maybe I can buy a single B string to round out the set. I call E.B C.S. and tell them what happened and ask if I can get a B string. I am asked if I am a dealer and I say no. I am told that only dealers can get singles. I say okay, I understand. And then the man asks for my address. This was on Friday. In today's mail, I find this.
