So, I was re-reading the BP AL/Dargie post and it mentioned that Drubixcube was working on a "game changer". As much as I want a BFR Rosewood neck Axis or Silhouette (and I know where a few are) I am also thinking I should wait to see what BP has planned for Summer NAMM... Any thoughts on what this "Game Changer" might be??????

Can this "gamechanger" be retrofitted to existing guitars with ease, or is it a new feature that only ships with new guitars, like the compensated nut for example.

The only thing I can think of is body chambering becoming available on the guitars, but I'm sure that's not even it haha. I can't wait to see all the new stuff for NAMM!

It has sort of narrowed it down... haha maybe..
I mean, whats standard/common between all models?

It doesn't seem like a neck or body mod.. So...
Bridge, tuners, nut, pickups, pots, switch, jack?

Actually. I've got no idea.

I'll blurt out a random guess and go with a renewable, resonant material for guitar manufacturing

It is a G.A.S button that will transform my guitar into whatever model I am currently gassing for! The only problem I see is that it will put BP out of business... wait... you can sell "expansion" packs so I can then continue to "invest" in upgrades... just make it run on Mac, cause I can't deal with a PC.

thats my guess too

Although, BP said at the 25th tour that he spent a lot of money on the Bongo development only to learn that wood is still best.

I would guess:

1. Ebony boards as a option
2. Chambering options
3. New compensated nut/intonation

Of course, SS frets would be great too.

to be a game changer would imply it has to be somewhat radical.. :)

so if the 25th wasnt a game change i wonder what would be required.. heheh

ps: good luck guessing to all of us!
