I have a feeling that as long as they don't engrave the Ernie Ball or Music Man names or logo's on it, they are ok to sell them.

They fit OLP's as well.

I think Glenn is right technically they are just pieces of metal with wholes in them.

Plenty of parts manufacturers market replacement neck plates. Not a big deal. Making a deal over this stuff would essentially tell me that eventually F!@#$ will be the only marketer of neckplates...lol.

Wouldn't it be more tactful, rather than making an example of someone, to just PM Henry instead of letting whole world see it?

Yah sure it's a very machinable material, cheap and can be finished chrome or what not. Plus it's light weight. 6061 Aluminum is strong too, not easily bent.
