buying guitars from Pete always makes me laugh... the whole discussion took place over TXT message. you gotta love dealing with friends.

wow - i forgot about that thing. no actually. The suspense thing's a bit played out so I'll just spill the beans...

It's a JP6 wit piezo. I think its in graphite pearl and has a matching headstock. its too far into production to loose the matching headstock - but on a rw board they're not so scary.

I'm pretty stoked. I've been wanting a guitar well suited for metal so after some thinking and reading etc I knew that the obvious choice is a JP6... and I've totally been missing the JP6 I used to have (tho, not the color).

anywho... so I think i should get it in 3 weeks or less. something like that

hell, i used to play slayer tunes on my AL all the time :)

I just had a weird vision of Kerry King playing an Albert Lee guitar. Do you think he could still get that nasty tone?

Phatty, I was a big Slayer fan in the 80s.
