I took my Majesty out of it's case today, after a couple of weeks. I recently picked up a new JP6 that I love, and it's been the new toy.

and while adjusting my piezo, I noticed this... it hasn't been dropped, or banged around... I keep it in it's case, when it's not in use... my house sits around 74 degrees... and I'm the only owner of it (went from sweetwater to me in December) --- how could something like this happen? and do I have any hope of a warranty repair? I absolute baby my gear, and just can't explain how this could have happened, because it's split almost all the way through.

Words can't be said for how bummed I am.

Yes Customer Service will help you. I had to send in my Majesty in January and they hooked me up.
