Well made it to Japan, the guitar is one piece (looks like!)
I'll be adding to that thread about int'l air travel and guitars if I can find it, but as a summary:
When flying with your beloved Ball(s):
-refuse to check it as luggage at all costs
- tell any/every airline representative that someone else told you it was ok to carry it on board
-there are ALWAYS extra storage compartments in planes for this kinda stuff!
-it IS allowed, at least NWA explicitly states that you can carry musical instruments as carry-ons (but few employees seem to know this)
-don't let it out of your sight!!!
And with that, I need to find out where my neighbor put my Line6 POD and plug this sucker in...
