Awesome! Hey Pete, any comment on the tonal differences between the PDN vs. the standard Luke III based on the wood differences? It will be interesting to see how these sound vs. the standard models... on all guitar models.

That´s an interesting question!!!

They should be super different, but an expert like Pete can sure give us a more thorough info!

Yes we need a review on this! I bet it sounds really fat with a tight attack with the combination of mahog body and the maple neck with pau ferro fretboard. Especially the roasted neck...that thing must resonate for days! So wish I could get one in HSS.

I just can't understand a thing... I read some reviews where people say that the L3 is 3% bigger than the Luke I and II. Maybe you guys already answered this question, but I need to know!! From the MM site the dimensions are the same... so, who's right (even if I think I know!!)?

3% and Dual Hum's make this a rockn' guitar...twins are supposed to get equal love but, i have to say the HH is getting more playing time...

The LIII body is 3% larger than the standard Luke. The neck, nut, string spacing, and scale length are the same gloriousness as ever.

So it's just a little bit larger, I love the neck and I see it is still the old fine one!! I must find one to try...
