Welcome back to the ALOC

AL players can always come home

You still playing through a Dr. Z (if i remember correctly)?

Its good to be back mbgreene.....thank you! I just recently sold the Z and currently enjoying the heck out a Suhr Badger. Its a head running through a Carr 212 closed back cab loaded with Red Fangs. The Badger reminds me a lot of Z's stuff but with a tad more "attitude" if you know what I mean. Voiced nice and tight with plenty of low end, and can really get the Marshall thing happening when pushed. I'll send pics of the set up when the AL arrives!

The Badger was an unexpected purchase just before Christmas. I was in a music store just killing time and played through the Badger for about an hour. Ended up getting it and have been thrilled since. For me the amp covers the Vox/Fender/Marshall tones pretty darn good.

Spudmurphy......nothing at all against Marshall but the Badger is light and easy to carry around. Very loud and sounds just as killer at extremely low volumes. Only pedal I use is a Landgraff Boost. Is very easy to get a great tone out of......one of the few amps that I don't constantly tweak.

Nice I think I have tracked down a second hand AL - 10/10 condition. It may be the same sunburst as above, SSS hardtail.
I'll post details tomorrow after I have seen it and photographed it - my AL's cover all the bases so I won't be getting it.
Price £849.
