I have to agree with a lot of comments. I find it very poor that for such expensive instruments , the customer is having to foot the bill for a faulty part. You wouldn’t get away with this in the auto industry or many others. I now have a £4k guitar that is useless unless I fork out about 12% of its value for a repair. I also now don’t trust the brand knowing that any future purchase that may have a fault is unlikely to be repaired either.
IMO this is a terrible level of customer care and I wonder if JP is aware of this.
