X2 Wireless

I had been thinking about going wireless for awhile now and heard pretty good things about the X2 (XDS95). Got the latest GC booklet in the mail yesterday with 15% coupon so I drove over and picked one up. After putting it into action today I have discovered a number of things:

1) I really could not discern any tone loss at all.

2) This unit is easy on the wallet and easy to setup as well.

3) I really love not worrying about stepping on my cord now.

4) I can go out front during rehearsal and get a much better perspective of
where I am tone wise (big reason I wanted to purchase).

5) Our sound guy is deaf in one ear and can't hear out of the other.

They really are a good value and work great. I borrowed one from work and used it on a few gigs. I just might purchase one.

I think it was but am unsure as I often toss the mags when I am done with them.
It's a nice system with a nice price comparatively.

My only issue with them is the clip that attaches to the reciever.It's a little flimsy,and bends very easily.I just hook it to my back pocket,and don't worry about it. I got mine for use during soundchecks,but found mysekf using it all the time.

I had a X2 it was cool but the new ones have a HUGE pack and it was really annoying, also the cords are really cheap that come with them and they cut out. But it was VERY easy for me to rack it, so other then those things it was a great wireless, and a really good buy.
