All day at work I was singing "Happy Xmas (War is Over)"

Last night I went to my kid's Xmas concert at their elementary school.

My daughter's Kindergarten class sang John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War is Over)"
with a (computer generated) slide montage, opening with an image of John Lennon and nothing but happy children from all over the world fo the rest of the images that one of the grade 7 kids put together.

I don't think there was a dry eye in the gym when they finished.

So this year I have to say that is my favorate Xmas song.

what's your fav xmas song ? Any stories to go with it ?

I've got a three part answer for this one.

"O Holy Night", especially if the person singing it has really good range. I get chills every time I hear it.

"Feed the World (Do They Know It's Christmas)" by Far, with Chico Moreno from the Deftones. It's a remake of the 80's song that Bono, Boy George, Paul Young, George Michael, and others were in on. It's a bit on the emo side, but it's how I'd play/sing the song if given the chance.

""O' Come All Ye Faithful/O Holy Night" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Great rockin' instrumental, and probably one of the most moving pieces I've ever heard.
