I watched a Johnny Cash (1977) concert on christmas day, and nearly fell off my chair seeing Mr Ball (not sure which one), playing a white MM bass, and another guy playing a white MM guitar. Both were plugged into MM Combo's. Carl Perkins was also plugged into a MM Combo.
As it was 1977 i'm assuming they were Pre- EBMM instuments. I've only ever seen one other guy playing a MM guitar on TV, so it was a nice pleasant suprise.
