Noodling on my Steve Morse Y2D

Hey guys, I just wanted to share a quick video I did the other day. This was REALLY random, and I did not expect much of it at all, since it was recorded from my PHONE hahaha. The audio suprisingly is not all that horrible. It is sideways, so I apologize for that...dont know how to edit this stuff. So anyway, here is me screwing around on my Y2D through the Blackstar HT20 with a DD3 in the loop. The volume was quite low.

Nicely done! and with a phone...indeed..better audioquality than expected.

I was gonna post a short vid of my Balls with the AxeFx, but I can't play worth shizzle compared to most guys here, so I'm going to pass and just look/listen to what's posted.

Thanks Mark-NL. I really just did this for myself to test out the camera on the phone, but the audio came out decent, so I wanted to share with everyone here the cool tones from the brilliant Y2D and the Blackstar. I do apologize for it being sideways and the weird faces and nonsense playing.

Nice job all around Rob and really nice (clean) playing, l loved the touch of delay as it is probably my favorite effect. Now let me take three Advil before I get a stiff neck lol.

Thanks guys! I'll do a proper one next time, and hopefully you wont have to watch it sideways hehe. I'll try and do something this Friday with the Silo Special and the Y2D hopefully.

LOL at Headstock! Maybe I should do a vid with a hat next time eh? :D

Thanks for the kind words. The Y2D is just a pleasure to play, and really my favourite guitar to play along with my Silo Special. I really love the fat tone it produces with the clarity and definition. Cant wait to add few more pedals to play around with, with this modest little rig. I'm going to get a Suhr Riot and a TC Electronics Corona chorus. Really looking forward to implementing that in there. The Blackstar is really a great sounding amp, and the reverb is pretty decent...very subtle, but I cant live without reverb and delay. I'll see if I can do some videos this friday to demo more of the tones with the Y2D and Silo Special also with the Xotic BB Preamp.
