I've had mine for 2 weeks today (active SUB 5) and I really like it. I finally feel confident enough with the 5'er to take it to the gig tomorrow (my Hamer 2-TEK CruiseBass will be nearby if I feel my confidence waning, though). The SUB and the Hamer are both built so much better than my once-beloved Fenders that I'm seriously considering dumping them and getting a Stingray. I never thought I'd ever say that...but this is my first MM! ;)

So I'm known far and wide as Lord Bongo and that's what I play and that's that.

However, last weekend in Ohio, bottomdweller left his SUB out and I picked it up...and I'm still plotting how to get back up there and break into his house.

Not just a 'nice SUB', but one of THE best playing basses I've ever touched.

Seriously great bass.

That is a bass to be proud of and enjoy. I doubt not it plays better than any of mine.

IMHO
