Here are my Balls. A 2004 Petrucci and a late 2005 Luke. I love the natural headstock.

The kids are great, thanks!

I'm doing some clips today so I'll make sure to do some Pet/JSX stuff.

Can you possibly make some clips of the V3 and the Luke? lol Complete opposite, but would like to hear the V3 since I am thinking about that. Once again, that Luke is amazing tho. I cant wait till mine gets here in 3 months :( .

Hey, CudBucket.

Love that Luke. Love the color. One of these days, I'll get one. Really thinking about a Luke as a next Ball if I don't get tempted by another JP6, a Y2D, a JP7, a 20th Anniv. Silo, or a regular Silo.

Roubster, the V3 clips are going to have to wait. Turns out that my V3 needs to be replaced. I just got off the phone with Carvin and described a fizziness to them that I'd been hearing. No matter what tubes or speakers I used, I couldn't get rid of it. I made a clip of the amp today and even with the Bright on 0, fizz city.

They're picking it up via UPS on Monday and then will send me a new one. I'll be happy to do the clip when I get my new one.

Oh I see. Tha sucks, but it's cool that they have good service like that as well. Did you have that problem from the beginning with the V3 or it developed a bit later on? I look forward to some of those clips.

Another question is about the JSX. Does it play good at low volumes??? Because I am thinking of the JSX combo or head, or V3 or the B-52. I need something that can play good at low volumes and of course play EXCELLENT at high volumes. I only played the JSX once for like 2 minutes and was not able to determine anything really. The B-52 sounded suprisingly pretty damn good. Anyway, thanx.

The fizziness in the V3 was there from the start. I just didn't have the time to really put it through it's paces until I took time off when my daughter was born. I hope the new one is everything I've heard from other folks.

The JSX is awesome at low volumes. I love that amp.
