Yes we did an A/B/C comparison. Great stuff.

Glen P from MM stopped in for a few hours today, and he even brought some goodies with which we did the above comparison. Thanks for swinging in Glenn!

The different neck carve and the SS frets make bending on the 20" radius a breeze. Overall the guitar sounds slightly tighter than the JPX (where the sound blossoms more). It is also a bit brighter and tighter than the standard JP6 which is slightly darker than both the JPX and JPXI - although that is to be expected because of the different tonewoods.
