It's in Hanahan, which is 10 minutes from Charleston. He's got tons of great guitars and amps. Not a whole lot of EBMM in stock, but he can get anything, and his prices are great...great service!

IMHO its a tie between Pete DuBaldo at DuBaldo Music in Ct and Mike Z at Mike's Music Shop in Harrisburg, PA. Both are the real deal and dedicated to the brand as well as being great with and for the customer. Kudos also to Luke at Grand Central Music, Duluth, Minnesota who is a good dude too.

My favorite is definitely Guitar Center. I've always gotten great help and service and great prices. My first "new" Ball is on the way and should be at my local GC by December. Great folks and always a pleasure to deal with.

I've also called Pete DuBaldo a couple times with some questions about a Petrucci and I got a call back that day. He's very knowledgeable and helpful.
