The guitar did not leave the factory like that for sure. But you bought from Thomann, you call them. Under EU law it is their legal... -

That is not a new guitar. I mean, maybe it was never sold, but that has been on display and used in a store for a long time. No saddles...

AWhat's the serial number? Run it thru the EBMM Serial Number DB (Serial Number Database ) to see when it was made. I bet you $1000 this...
