What's the serial number? Run it thru the EBMM Serial Number DB (Serial Number Database ) to see when it was made. I bet you $1000 this...

AI can not believe it’s a new guitar. Regardless of QC I don’t see any reason for EBMM to use not new parts. Where would they even get those?

The guitar did not leave the factory like that for sure. But you bought from Thomann, you call them. Under EU law it is their legal...
