BEAUTIFUL BFRs and Dargie Sterling! :D
I am stupid for selling my Dargie one ray HS4.
ughhhhhh.
And for selling my Dargie II bongo H4 as well.
And the 30th ray and and and .....
Wish I could have kept them all :(

Congrats on the rare Bongo, nothing better than a pair of HH basses with solid RW necks!

Just added rosewood neck BFR bass number two to the stable.
Grabbed this mint True Gold HH4 BFR Bongo to keep the Ice Blue BFR rosewood stingray company :)

Thanks!
I am normally not a tort kinda guy either. But I agree it works well on the true gold and rosewood.

Enjoy that true gold goodness man.
I think it was yet ANOTHER massive brain fart on my part letting that rare beauty go.
BUT? Had a good reason for it :D
At least it went to a good home! Enjoy her bro!

Here's a shot with both of my Ball Family Reserve basses. The all rosewood neck, adds some mids to my ears...love 'em!

Yes most definitely nice..I have always really liked those rosewood necked BFR's. That ice blue or whatever it is sure is a beautiful color, especially with the pickguard color choice.

I agree that certain EB wood combo "special" basses seem to stick out a little and outshine the others. My fretless 30th anniversary SR seems to fall into this category a well.

Does anyone know if anyone scored an all rosewood fretless bfr when they were available to order? That would just be too cool! Ha, look at me. Don't even have my all rosewood bongo in yet and I'm already jonesin' for another!
