Guys I have an AL MM90 that I want to swap its pickguard. My question is how is the blue dummy coil attached to the bottom of the pickguard? How do I remove and reinstall it without damaging it?

If that is attached with double sided foam already then dental floss can be effective in 'sawing' through that. A little naptha for any adhesive residue and your good as new.
Second the floss method! That trick is also good if you ever need to remove one of those hideous badges that some car dealers still insist on installing...
