How to remove silent circuit dummy coil from back of pickguard?

Guys I have an AL MM90 that I want to swap its pickguard. My question is how is the blue dummy coil attached to the bottom of the pickguard? How do I remove and reinstall it without damaging it?

You can just pull it off. Reattach it with some double-sided foam tape.

If that is attached with double sided foam already then dental floss can be effective in 'sawing' through that. A little naptha for any adhesive residue and your good as new.
