The first EBMM guitar I bought was the JPXI at the Richmond Long and Mcquade. By far the most incredible instrument I've ever played. Unfortunately, the neck was on crooked. You could fit a credit card between the neck and body. I had to return it for another one.

The second one, the whammy bar had to be forced into the hole. Returned

The third one had the wrong neck, the knobs actually turned and hit the body. They were totally uneven. Returned.

The above 3 happened around 2013-2014 at the Richmond Long and McQuade.

The next one I got wasn't until 2022 or so. These next 2 I got from the Vancouver Long and McQuade hoping they'd have better luck.

The fourth one was a Majesty that I got from Long and McQuade downtown hoping that this new store would be better. They couldn't put the whammy bar in at all.. wouldn't fit.

The fifth one had action about 1/2 inch high at the 24th fret. Played great frets 1 to 7. After that, the action went up and up. By the 24th fret, it was super high. They told me if I return it, I'd have to pay for a restocking fee which I refused. I said, why don't you just go fix it now. They agreed. 45 mins later he came downstairs and told the guy to give me a full refund.

This is the most exceptional instrument ever made yet I can't get one that actually works.

Very disappointed. Now I don't know where to find one that works. One of the toughest things about all this is that each guitar takes 3 to 6 months to arrive. So I've wasted how much time? Years literally.
