You're probably gonna hate me but......
Sterling 5? I always considered a Sterling to be the 4 string version of a Stingray 5... so a Sterling 5 would kinda be....a Stingray 5!
Do I win a prize?

That wasn't meant with any disrespect - that was how I used to sell 'em at the Bass Centre in the old days.
Sterlings were loaded with a 3band as standard, a coil tap and a slightly more tapered neck - like a four string Stingray 5.
Enough of my yakkin'.

Asking people to guess and then deleting the correct guesses isn't exactly cricket.

I didn't ask people to guess! Biff invited them to guess about the 07 LE finish, so I guess that opened the gates......

I would love to see a 5 string with body binding and a flamed top. My friend Dave Fowler had two of these 4 strings that were made for him back in the day. They were beautiful! :eek:
