Thanks to everyone who contributed to making a great weekend in Dallas.

Thanks to:

bassmonkee - for trying to organize a way for us Harvey people to meet and coordinate rides on Friday night

Tommy - for renting a minivan and getting a bunch of us over to the BBQ and back and for making us the cool Knucklehead key rings

Forumites at Harvey Suites - for just generally being cool

Forumites at Hyatt - for being cool too

Glenn - for driving us around on Saturday for trips to the Hyatt x 2, Hard Rock, Guitar Center, Albertson's and for just being generally a good guy

Frank and Cathy - for likewise being really cool

Glenn, Frank, and Cathy - for putting up with waiting for me while I tried every EBMM guitar in that Guitar Center

The rest of you Knuckleheads - for being cool

Jack - for having a b'day and for doing whatever leg work he did to make this happen

Erkia - for doing whatever leg work she did to make this happen

The EBMM crew - for being really cool and talking to us Knuckleheads about what they do and doing whatever they did to make this thing happen.

Rockin' Ray Duke - for winning the DD Silo Bass so I wouldn't have to carry it home...hmm...wait...I think I would have rather carried it home. ;)

Biff Baby's All Stars - for making the trip down and hanging with us.

BP - for paying for this shindig and inviting us down and bringing great, cool musicians like Luke, Dave LaRue, Tony Spinner, and John Ferraro

I'm looking forward to the next party, if there is one. I'll try my damnedest to be there.

congrats to Ray on winning the DD Silo, how's NorM coping?

NorM is doing well..we had to hit him with a dart, as he started to take some agression out on the poor desk clerk on our return to the hotel.

:D

Actually, I just rang his room to relay this message to him, and he said that it was very nice, but he's already got one, and he's happy to see Ray go home with it. :)

Darrell

P.S. On topic, thanks to everyone that put this shindig together; a great time was had by all once again, and we all can't thank everyone enough.

Happy Birthday Jack! :)

Hey man, it was my pleasure! :)

It was great talking music and guitars with you, I could do that all day. :)

And thank YOU for having an interest in my band's music, I appreciate anyone willing to take the time to listen. :)

I'd also like to thank BP, Dudley, Beth, Jon, John, Drew, Scott, Luke, Dave LaRue, John Ferraro, Tony and everyone else that made this possible who's names I cannot recall for doing this.

Oh, I guess I should thank Jack for getting older too. If it weren't for that this may not have happened. :D

I had a great time and look forward to the next shindig, whenver and where ever that may be. :)

Not only does EBMM make the best guitars, they are also staffed by the best people.

Hats off to you all! :)

A huge, huge +1 to everything that's already been said. There's not a lot I can say that hasn't already been said, or anyone I can thank that hasn't been thanked. Hmmm... sounds like a Beatles song... ;)

This was honestly one of the best weekends I can remember. It was great to meet you all, I don't think I've never met a better group of people anywhere.

Extra special thanks to BP and the EBMM crew, Jack and Cowpilot, Erika, Steve Lukather, Dave LaRue, John Ferraro, and Tony Spinner for providing entertainment for us knuckleheads and putting the whole shebang together.

Thanks to Tommy for the way cool keyrings. Thanks to all the folks playing at the open jam, you guys and gals rocked. Thanks to everyone who put out the extra effort to make this a great weekend for everyone.

I talked to Jongitarz out in the hallway as things were winding down Saturday night, and I think he said it best - "It's just a big lovefest in there".

I agree, and I'm proud to be a part of the EBMM extended family, proud to be a knucklehead.

:)

I was impressed with how easy it was to hang with a bunch of people I had not met before - or even talked to. A great brotherhood/sisterhood/community. BP is a great host and a very approachable person. I enjoyed meeting BP and talking with him. Amazing to hang and talk with Luke, Dave LaRue, Chuck Rainey, John Ferraro. Tyler Dow Bryant - watch out for this kid - he is going to be big.

I hope to get together with you all again soon. I know we will chat on these boards.

If anyone gets to Denver - let me know.

Cheers.
