See You Soon

I don't feel fifty just yet. I've been in my forties for a long time, you know. The wife has reminded me about 400 times so far, "Hey, you're FIFTY!"

Beats the alternative, as they say.

And no, YOU rock. I will tell you something. At the Open House, I feel like I normally do as a bass player, which is like, um, you know, Philboyd the Hacker. And we played some blues stuff, I don't know what it was, Biff was on guitar and I don't know besides that, and when we were done, you said to me, "I love the way you play bass, man. On the one, you're right ON the one." John, that is just about the finest compliment a guy like me could ever want.

So thanks.

On the "see you soon", I certainly hope so. You charmed everyone, as usual.

Thanks for everything, John!

Jack

To me, Mr. Ferraro is the perfect drummer.

In totally non-homo way, of course.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Deliverance was on last night...reminded me of this past weekend...music, adventure, man-love...oh wait, maybe I missed the point of that movie

I could barely keep my hands off of Sterling. Good thing my wife was there to swat me when needed.
