I don't play bass and I want one of these!!!!

Very cool looking! Any word on if any of these will make it to a few of our lucky bass players?

I'm not normally a big fan of blue.. but this is absolutely beautiful. And the original bridges.. that's just uber cool. add that to my love of the tone that comes from combining mahogany body w/ ebony board.. and I've got some super serious GAS.

Dang, thats purdy!!

Me and my wife love the colour blue and I love MM basses and I am willing to sell vital parts of my anatomy to get one. Just name the body part you are intersted in and I'll fedex it to you in one of those body part boxes.

Seriously though, how could I personally get one?

Is it just me or does the 20th Anni SR5 look naked without the pickguard?

Good point. I didn't say I'd put a pickguard on it. Just said it looks naked.

You're comment is kind of like clothes and hot women (or men for some of you). ;)

When are they available and how the heck can I go about getting one?

Well, there are only 4 available in the US (four for the rest of the world), and the list is, I believe, $7500 for a BFR 20th. Still want one?

I know Pete DuBaldo is getting one, but I don't know if he is planning on actually selling it, or not.

My post may not have been clear, but I was referencing the cost of the BFR 20th SR5 and talking about the ethereal possible future cost of a BFR 30th SR5 (as this thread is specifically about the BFR 20th SR5 model). I understand the 'regular' (if you can call it that, what a bass!) 20th SR5 has a much lower price tag (which I'm still figuring out which body part is worth enough to someone other than me that I can buy one for myself!). :D
