Derek, what colour is the Silo Ian is playing in the first pics?
It looks like it could be Silver or Lavender Pearl, but the tort guard makes me think maybe Desert Gold (the lighting is just messing with me)

Ian likes Lukie!! I guess they have toured toghether in Europe? He is a fan of the SIL since it has 24 frets, but likes lukes set up.

The Color is Gunsmoke. A early 00 finish that was discontinued!!!

Oh YEAH! I know what pickups are loaded on that pickguard! Let me take an educated guess after looking long and hard at the picture. Hmmmmm, I believe they are the Luke pickups attached to the guard that turned up missing on a certain closet classic! Am I a genius or what, Derek?

Seeing him play the silo special is more or less the reason my dad bought one, which in turn led me to buying a Petrucci (though I might have ended up with one anyway, being a DT fan and all)
I was saddened to hear that their singer is going to quit at the end of the year. So if you want to see them with him again, do it now

edit: oh, and I just read that the show that youtube video is from will be released on DVD on april 20th
