Thanks for the post. THis is a problem from time to time . Currently on the Suhr Forum there are three regulars bashing it here and not having the courtesy to understand that if they spoke up the can make a difference.

I disagree with your assessment that you cant say anything negative but I think that the regulars need to be a little more sensitive too. If the perception is one thing even if it isnt reality perception wins.

It would help if this thread was "What are these holes in my JP" Instead of the more sensational title. It would also be best if this person contacted customer service first.

Having said that it was a good question and one that was answered promtly.

Thank you for being straingtforward and not two faced. Ive read your last 25 posts and you seem to get a lot of enjoyment here.

Axis like a small town that grows problems come with it. It isnt the sleepy forum when you joined. But the fact is that we are still growing and with that comes problems from time to time.

It would be great if people would not poswt customer service issues here. That is the source of most threads gone bad. We finally trained the world about EVH, but this CS is harder.

I think that if the regulars skp over the cs posts that may help. I skip over the "design your favorite guitar" ones because any input I have i had in the past is taken in the wrong way....so I leave those threads to0 the regulars. Axis Sport you asked my opinion of the Hughes and KEttner amp and I stayed away from that one too...no experience

LEts all try to be objective and get back to having fun.

Fair enough.

I thought you had experience on the Switchblade due to your post that I copied and pasted below from one of your previous postings.

"We got a switchblade in the artist relations office and it took awhile to dial the tone in as it has a lot of possibilities but we love it now......LOVE IT!"

speaking of holes there are a few a-hole replies here, the kid was just asking a question and wanted to know more about his guitar.
I love this forum so much more than any other but I am only active a few months at a time here because it sounds like the frigin tdpri here sometimes.

If we ever become much like the TDPRI, you have my permission to come to my house and beat me thoroughly.

Yes, it would help quite a bit if CS questions were first directed to CS and not the forum, but it appears to be a wash. Can't say I don't understand how it happens.

It would also be nice if legitimate questions were handled without the Posse becoming defensive. This, I think, we can work on.

lew you are just piling on. the posts have been dealt with...lets stay on topic....Beating a dead horse just gets more responses and I think we have it under control.
I hope that you are getting all of the information you ask for...we really try....

I also need to point out that the detractors visit every day still...bottom line there is a lot that may be taken for granted here...... WE are going to just mod a little heavier and close threads that are going bad quicker.

I am closing this one as we have answered the question. Happy Saturday!
