That was my biggest wish this year, BP !
But guess what - I'm changing jobs and will be working for a new company from 1st october on, so there is absolutely no spare time since I have to hand over my old job the next 4 weeks in hardcore shifts for the new colleague to take over...
This is really annoying for me as normally I would have had holidays end of September, beginning of October... Believe me, this really makes me sad not being able to participate in such a great event... (I'll not put in a sad face here, though - inappropriate...
)
I heard the deadline for "sign-in" was around 15th September. If ever I get to know I can leave earlier than end of this month, I might well be in.

Of course my preferrence is the bash, but I need to get the approval of my employer to leave earlier than end of September (which is not likely to happen).
Anyway rocking the sands and meeting you, Luke (if he can make it - mind the upcoming Mini-Lukather) and some nice forumites would be waaaaaaay cooler
...still have no approval from the potential new employer so it might still happen that I could find myself out of work from October - not that funny. Guess what - I looked up your "jobs" section a while ago, but nope, UNIX is sadly nothing I'm very good in in the IT world... otherwise I'd have sent an application
If things turn out fine, I'll be at the bash - if not - well, bcnu next time and maybe I can convince Mick to come, too
