Does anybody knows when the markbass cabinet went from all-black to black and yellow?

My local music shop is having a good deal on a STD104HF all black and a Little Mark II and I couldn't find any info anywhere.

Also does this cabinet is having the Neodynium drivers?

Thanks in advance.

The current yellow speakers were introduced in January, 2005.

The previous "black" model does use B&C neodymium speakers, but it's an earlier stage in the development of the speakers designed by Markbass and B&C.

There are much less of these cabinets in circulation than the yellow ones, so I suspect they may develop some "collector" appeal over time.

Cheers,
Peter

Thank you Peter,

does the speaker have a big difference in sound than the current ones?

For your interest, the only one picture I found on the net of the cabinet I'm talking about.
