This was made Nov. 2007. Yep, it's an OLP body, Frankenstraat neck with Wolfgang pickups because I couldn't find any Axis pickups on ebay when we were building it.

Basically, I tried to paint it and failed miserably so a friend helped me paint it and build it.

Are you sure that's an olp body? I've got one and it's got a 4-bolt neckplate. And i'm cureous how you reach the electronics without screws in the backplate:rolleyes:

Nice looking guitar though!:D

I'm the friend who helped Dan with this guitar.

It's an OLP ...
There were a few mods done to the body.
We wanted to do away with the OLP neckplate, so we added neck ferruls and drilled a 5th hole ala EBMM.

The original backplate was in transit when these pics were taken.
I just cut one so I could cover the cavity for the pics. ;)
