And, actually I would be except for my very rare 93' JCM 900 MK4 model 2100; then next I would be switching back and forth between the Bogner and the Diezel.
Have you ever heard of Splawn amps?? I bought a Quickrod and I can't recommend them enough! Hand made, great sounding amps...their cabs are awesome too!
And to be honest, they sound pretty close to me, with the classic being more open sounding. I hear the difference is more feel than sound. The 101B is more compressed (in a good way) whereas the Classic needs you to dig in more.
The Axis/XTC combo is killer. I have an EVH and XTC Classic and could not be happier. The XTC is one of the most versatile amps out there and will make your Axis sound freakin' awesome.
