In my opinion maple looks better with non-matching headstock.

You've made that bongo a one-of-a-kind. I would say 'do the headstock' but that would mean getting rid of the EBMM BONGO logo which I would just be wrong. Personally I wouldn't have the guts to do that, I just leave the decisions down to BP.
It would be interesting in a few years time to see a special edition Bongo with maple board and unpainted neck/headstock.
For me it's always:
- maple with non-matching headstock
- rosewood with matching headstock
I don't know, I wouldn't mind having the option of Maple fb but I think a Bongo with a non-matching headstock would look horrible.
In my opinion, an all natural bongo + with perloid pkgd would really kick ass!![]()

Natural basswood body? Scary.

It looks better without pickguard IMHO. Actually make that an HH and it's my dream bass!

Is there something we can do to make this option available? Is someone here in contact with the musicman administration?
That 'white' bongo is just unfinished basswood, is it not? And methinks the pickup is just a mock...
Maple looks way cool, but if there was gonna be another wood it would gotta be ebony.
That ball family reserve SR5 looks so sweet.
OK, so when are we going to see a Bongo with a maple fretboard?
