Hahahah, great stuff!

Here are some of my favorite bass parodies:

If you've seen the original clips, these parodies are borderline genius. Whoever made these have great comedic talent. And musical too...to be able to play so bad "correctly", is really impressive I think:

Michael Manring Teen Town Parody:

Victor Wooten Amazing Grace Parody:

I LOVE this sh*t! I am honored to be roasted with the greats. hahaha I laughed my ASS off when I saw this. I love the yacht rock stuff too. BELIEVE me I dont take all this stuff seriously. Damn, WHY? Its FUNNY! I was a south park character as well, which was a great honor. hey if you cant laugh at yourself you cant laugh at anything.

I am 2 days away from finishing the frist leg of my euro tour. I went great and had a lot of fun but I am TIRED and miss my family, particularly Lily my 10 month old who has taken her first steps and is Biff's Godaughter!
10 days off and then a short 2 week run of small places in the USA and then off to Europe/Japan/asia/europe till the end of summer 09. Seems like I am a Euro kinda guy. The USA is damn tough for a guy like me. It is SO expensive to tour with gas prices and EVERYTHING has gone up in price excpet the guarentees. Ask anyone but I am gonna hit it one last time and see what happens. I am glutton for punishment. I will do well in LA and NYC but its in between that scares me. Gimme a 7... haha

Hung with Steve Morse the other night. He surprised me at a show in France. It was GREAT to see him. What a class act and a monster player and great cat! We had a few yuks.

I got to hang with Billy Gibbons as we opened for ZZ in France somewhere and spent the whole day playin and just hangin. He was there waiting for me when I got there! I was honored to say the least! He dug my MM's. Especially the Dargie cocktail green with the Martini glass inlay ! You know he uses a .007 for a high E string? NO ****! I played his guitars. Always has. He has a pretty fat sound so it AINT the size of the string.. well you know the rest. hahaha
Hope everyone is havin a great summer and hope to catch up again soon

I knew you were going to like that. It's so completely awful that it's hilarious!

Glad to hear things are going well in EuroLand and that you'll be getting some family time soon. I'll check your schedule for the US - still hoping for that Dallas show.

Keep "shreddin'"!!

If you come to Atlanta for a show, I'll have my wife make her famous meatballs and sauce for you, Lucious. People have driven across state lines for them many a time.

I love these! I first saw a couple of these about a year ago. I had tears coming down my face when I saw the EVH one when he ends his solo with Smoke on the Water! These are awesome!
