Can any Knucklehead tell me the history of Pinkburst. I have never seen it in the flesh. Can I compare it to my 4003 Fireglo?

Travs I do bleeb that is a good comparison - take a look at the ebay craigslist sticky and there's a description of said "pinky" in there.

The only thing I can compare it to - (Which is why I had to have one ) was the rasberry topping the ice cream man used to put on my cones when I was a kid!!!!

It's like blackpool rock, and a colour you'd happily -lick - as done by my good friend spud!

It's the most amazing colour....

Travs have no clue what you are refering to but a BFR AL is a thing of beauty and tone, I think of mine as a fine Rose':cool:

I'm gettin' old and it's a bit messy up in my head, but in my day it used to be a rickenbacker colour......

You are Correct Sir. I pulled out my Ric bass last night was compairing the color to the forum photos of the pinkburst. its close but different. PB is brighter and more tangy. My Ric is more like a Rolls Burgundy burst.
