Hello everyone!

After a two month search for the perfect guitar to spend my budget on, I found a beautiful (looking and sounding) rosewood Axis Super Sport. I'm incredibly excited about it and can't wait to really play it.

"Can't wait?" you say? Yeah. Two days after I bought the guitar, I fractured my elbow. Unfortunately this means I won't be able to do anything with it for at least a month. In the mean time, I figured I would show everybody my new baby and get to know you guys.

I'm finally able to form some chords and play a little as long as I stay on one or two frets. Loving it. Can't wait to really get some good playing in.

Hi there!!

This is Keeke Romero, I´m from Spain and I still can´t post a picture of my first ever Ernie Ball Music Man. I´ve chosen the "Floyd Rosed" Rosewood Axis. I say "I can´t" becouse my new Babe is still wating at the customs office, they have to contact me and will finish the process as many of you already know...

I´m writing this becouse I can´t wait to that day (hope the next week), but I want you to know that these days I´ve been easing my G.A.S. thanks to these pages full of pictures and good comments about these amazing guitars...

As soon as possible I will post my pics....meanwhile.....will keep looking your pictures & the mailbox at home...

Thanks for reading me..

Keeke

Keeke, try getting an account with like either Photobucket or Webshots and host them there and just link them here.

Hope this helps, Glenn |B)

yep, last time I had a guitar waiting in the customs office, I created a Photobucket account and they knew I meant business, so they got it delivered right away. :D

ah, the old backward amp trick. I've done that before is small places*......that warm tone permeates the room, without scorching people's faces off.

*I've pretty much only played small places, haha.

I end up with my amps facing backwards most of the time. This particular gig wasn't THAT small (800+ people) but was pretty low volume. What you don't see in the picture is my boogie F50 w/ recto cab thats ALSO facing the back of the stage :) Both amps have mics.

Thanks for the advice, but the problem is not that I´m not able to post the pic....the thing is that the guitar is still at the customs office...

Every guitar I've received into Spain, they sent me an "aviso" I phoned them with my details and the value (sometimes they wanted a copy of the receipt) then sent them a transfer of the money for taxes etc from the post office......usually the guitar arrived with me 2 days later.....good luck.

Hi guys, i'm new here so i thought i better not post until i get some pictures to prove I own a ball. So here's the pics of my new 2008 Ball Family Reserve Luke. Sorry about the quality of the pictures - my camera's not that good. Thanks to Colin (Guitar Planet) for selling me this amazing guitar.
