Will the tea be caf or decaf?
What's the upcharge for a lefty knife?

In the event the tacos are not quite to your liking will you:

a) boldly announce that the joint sucks and walk out claiming to never return, and then stick around arguing with everyone else who likes the stuff.

b) take a general poll of the other diners as to which condiments may be most helpful in improving the flavor, without fully being able to describe what the dish is or isn't missing.

c) discreetly mention to the waitress that something is amiss with a smile and a wink, knowing that as a good customer she will take care of you and get you exactly what you need and possibly a phone number to boot.

d) take out your laptop and PM the owner of the joint.

e) stop dealing with all the extraneous hijacking and get back to talking about ROSEWOOD NECKS

ruso the ad wasnt confusing ...knuckleheads acan be knuckleheads. We have yet to post an announcement thaT didnt stir up 50 questions.

How about this one.......At 12:01 pm today NOvemer 13th 2008Pacific Standard time I will be eating lunch. I will be having two shrimp tacos lightly fried with lettuce, tomato, and a sprinkling of queso fresco and a nice deep red homemade salsa. I will have one and one half 16 oz glasses of non sweetened iced tea. THe glass will actually be a restaurant grade plexiglass cylender made for dispensing beverages. The tea will be probably Liptons and there will be 13 ice cubes when started. There will be a generic fork on my left side and a napkin made of paper and white in color. On top of the napkin will be a similarly generic knife and spoon. The utensils will probably go unused but I will probably use three napkins. (all of the same make and model)

Classic Poppa. :D

I'm tempted to get a rosewood neck BFR Luke in tobacco.
Glad to see you're going with skb case on these. I've had much better luck durability wise with them

Relax, there is no Silo, Silo Spec, regular JP, or Morse/y2d in the pic
EB make these guitars too? ;)

Ya'll know how blinkered I am- sometimes I can't see the trees through the (rose)wood - or is that saying the other way around?

An announcement of this magnitude is bound to cause a stir it's just the way we knuckleheads show our love for all that is EB

Need to plan well ahead what with the miserable pound to the dollar.

Just a quick question about the Rosewood. Can I order a Bongo 6 with a Rosewood neck? ;)

Just got a response from A.J. regarding the BFR Rosewood neck upcharge and let me tell you... It put a big old smile on my face!

I've been scratching my head for so long over what guitar I wanted next; now I know... I am SO ordering a hard tail silo special! Want a H/S/S, but I don't own any strat type guitar, so S/S/S sounds pretty sexy too. Right now I am leaning towards white pearl, but I also love true gold and candy red.

Thank you EBMM for being such a super sexy and cool company. The way you guys do business and manage to score every time on creativity, innovation, quality, service and everything else is so very inspiring. I mean it!

Can't wait to see that BFR inlay on a silo special :)

Here's a crazy question...is the rosewood neck option available on the Koa JP's?

-Phil

Well it does say BFR's in the listing and the J.P Koa is a BFR so it would make sense that it will be a option only because EBMM is the BEST and treats there customers like real family!!!
Love you guys:)

it's a veneer (not sure the thickness but seeings that it's called a cap I'm assuming it's a nice thickness) anywho, rather than having the grain look the way it does with the way that the neck blank is cut (I'm assuming) they then laminate a separate 'prettier' grain that is one piece onto the face of headstock to not only make it look great but I do believe that the lamination might add a little more strength/rigidity to the headstock. Could just be cosmetic but knowing BP and Dudley, the cosmetic stuff is always steeped in engineering alchemy.

of course, the above could totally be coming from out of my arse so I'll wait for BP/Dargin/Guitarbeurator to chime in.

Sweet option!!! Is it just me or are a lot of guitar companies really making some super guitars right now!!! Argh - must acquire large piles of money for guitars. Maybe the government will 'bail me out' of this dilema!!
