Really like Badlands as well. Originally got their albums on cassette. It's a pain in the arse now cause the cd's are no longer in print and go anywhere from $25-35 US.

I have no idea of the bands you mentioned, but on top of my turntable is an original copy of Queen Jazz. Been giving it a spin, good stuff. Next up is Joe Walsh, There Goes The Neighborhood. Also been watching James Gang on You Tube. And just a few days ago I recorded to CD Dan Hicks and his Hot Licks - Last Train To Hicksville and Striking It Rich. It's acoustic stuff though. Got two full boxes of vinyl and will be putting it all on CD through the cold months.

I've been listening to most of the same bands, albeit in a slightly different format.

Acoustic versions - lately I've really gotten into them.

I used to listen to Blackfoot's SIOGO all the time, White Man's Land used to be on my pre gig mix for the longest time, such a rocking tune.

Thanks for mentioning them, Fing.. I'm off to search out that disc.

plus the legend behind that album name is classic rock and roll, even if it may be just folklore :D

I still catch myself listening to the AIC Unplugged. Layne Staley is one of the few vocalists from the 90's that give me chills when I hear them. And, Jerry Cantrell was and still is the freakin' shizo!!!

I've actually been listening to alot of 90's alternative lately, come to think of it. Smashing Pumpkins, Screaming Trees, Soundgarden. Ahhhh, those were the days. . . . . .

I'm lovin' Blue Murder. It was a while before I realized that John Sykes was the guitar player behind most of the good Whitesnake material.
