Hey guys,
Mr M was right... I couldn't handle the wait. I was GASing for a fiver as a backup anyway, so I searched, and found her.
I'm just saying, it plays AWESOME! More than that, for being a couple years old, owned by a high school student, and having a bent tuning key and a filthy fretboard when I got it (oh, and the original strings
) The action was perfect, the intonation near perfect; Music Man Basses truly are built like tanks! So I re-stringed her, cleaned the fretboard, and viola! Like new! (I even fixed the tuning key) I don't need a fiver often, but she's going to do just fine
Sorry about my lengthiness, now I'm even more excited about the Sterling coming
Now, question: is it cheesy to have two basses the same color?
That part wasn't intentional, but just worked out that way. (At least the Sterling will have a Rosewood FB)
