Oh man.... I am drooling. BP you folks rock!

I'm fast wondering what I can sell to buy one in either seafoam or natural ash (homage to my bass heroes from the 70's and 80's who played natural 'Rays).

Cheers

OK I am getting antsy! Any word on pricing and availability? Did I miss which finishes are coming first? Are there any for sale right now? I don't want to miss the boat!

Peace,

Thank god! battery boxes are sooo cheap looking. More CHROME!!!

hmmmm, I must have been missing something all this time!

I will have to start spending more time looking / gazing at the back of my basses!:D

2 screws, just like the originals.

Great!

Luckily I always care a small screwdriver in my gear bag or can switch out basses. Oh, well, still want one :)

Its just a little detail, but IMHO just the right decission because a plastic batterie box may be practical, but it is not 'classic' at all. The chromecover sure is.

i think we bassplayers tend to be traditional in one or another way...

I agree with the chrome battery cover. If you want practical, get a regular 2 or 3-band! This one is for classic looks.

Classic looks? I though it was a retro homage with improvements, i.e. compensated nut, six screw neck plate, trust rod wheel, etc...

It would be cool to have the chrome cover over a pull out battery box. Best of both worlds; practical use and classic looks.

oh, well, like I said; I still want one :)

I talked to Brandt at The Perfect Bass today about them. Just awaiting info on them now. Any idea when we will be able to place an order?
