The President of Ernie Ball has his own You Tube channel where he teaches you how to smoke various meats.

Cool.

Very cool. I was a cook before I joined the army and have wanted to get a smoker for some time - this might be the kick I need to dive in and try it.

It's 1:45am, New Years day, and we're just getting home. I've fired up the Traeger and will smoke a brisket for tomorrow's big game. Nothing like cooking all night.

I can't wait to watch your videos. However, I will wait for tomorrow.

Thank BP and Happy New Year.

Are you gonna make your own smokers, or are you gonna help sell an existing brand? I'm kinda confused here... ;)

Happy new year btw!

ok the key for those videos is to make smoking and cooking outside a more sucessful experience. I picked a lot of ingredients that were readlily available

I am representing 11 smoker lines all made in america
1. Mak Grills
2 AMerican Bbq Systems
3. Primo Grills
4. Backwoods Smokers
5 One grill
6. Protable Kitchen
7 Hasty Bake
8. Cajun Grill
9. German Grill
10 Meadow Creek
11. Son Of Brisket

I am also in the final design stages in my own design that I will sell also.....

All my smokers are sold delivered factory fresh with no shipping charges. THey range from 89 dollars to $35,000.00

Everyone was scratching their heads when all these grills and smokers started showing up....Now they all get it. We have a big Poppa Competition team...the Big Poppa Smoke Mobile is almost ready for its debut. Just havin a little fun

Very nice BP. and good luck with this new venture.

Unfortunately here in UK our B-B-Q season lasts for about 2-3... days! lol

Man why did I ever move to London? I used to have lovely weather back home in Italy.

Interesting stuff BP. Currently I do an internship at a production company. We just finished a season of a "cooking show" kinda thing. A lot of time goes in these shows. It's impressive to see that you made 15 vids of different meals in only 17 hours! And they look pretty professional. Just some minor details that caught my eye, but thats what happens after a whole season of a cooking show. :p

I think there is a lot of potential in this Big Poppa smokers concept. The vids support the message that smoking food is fun and easy. I hate cooking/baking stuff, but this seems like a load of fun, haha! Unfortunately as Fran mentions, the BBQ season here in Europe is very short, so I'll have to wait until at least summer season to try a BP smoker. ;)

Looking forward to the Big Poppa smoker line. First thing for me to try is the "Pulled Pork" sandwich :D

My buddy down the street talks on and on and on about his SMOKER, like I talk about my BONGO...sometimes, at we do this at the same time.

Our wives run inside when this happens. It is fun..all the wood you get to choose, learning the dark secrets of the smoke.

I'm diggin the videos, BP. Especially the smoked potato. I think I'll try that one today.

You might try smoking a peach. That's one of our favorites. Especially when put on a pizza with chorizo. Dayum this is making me hungry.

Thanks, and where can I get one of those aprons?
