Google Jimmy Dean Sausage and you will find it. It is a very unique sort of southern breakfast sausage that is sold in a big roll...it is hardly used in gourmet situations but is just fabulous....use your favorite sausage The origianl fattie is just sausage flatened out and a stuffing put in it. It can be a breakfast on with eggs potatos and onion mix....usually it has a cream cheese filling and I have done everything from kielbasa insides to lobster and dungeness crab.

Regarding the smoke mobile It is a 1973 GMC RV (think stripes) that is being restored as we speak

I had never heard of Mak Grills before your videos, Poppa. Now I want one! It looks absolutely fantastic!

Also, what's the mesh looking stuff you put the ABT's on?

That will DEFINITELY work too! Stripes are good...I LOVE Jimmy Dean stuff...well most of it anyway. I actually played bass for him (most people do not remember he had a couple of hits out at one time) at a Fair Grounds show in Virginia back in the 80's TWICE! LOL! Nice guy and makes a pretty good BBQ too! Just be sure not to let him hold the "bottle"! He liked to SOAK everything on the grill in Bourbon as I recall....

Peace,

T
