It is musicman ernie ball silhouette (HSH design).
Serial number is G16990 (the color is black with silver sparkles)
can you please check when the musicman I own was made please date it for me, it has the original pickups so if you can tell me which are they, it is HSH model and also where was it shipped to.

Hey izzy, that number is the model number. The serial number will be on the neck plate and is a letter followed by 5 numbers.
Hi - This one was done on 9/19/01. At that time, the humbuckers were PAF Pro's and the single coil is a custom wound DiMarzio. It was shipped to our distributor in Isreal, Marom Musical
