Sid the Kid!

First congrats to the US for the battle they put up. North American hockey rules!

What a great game. The one piece of extra gratification that I get though is that Canada didn't talk trash about any players or countries. Ovechkin from Russia disparaged Canada, and Ryan Kesler of the USA said that he hated Canada (even though he plays in Vancouver) and a bunch of other disparaging comments. They all said that they would take great satisfaction from taking Canada's game away from us on our ice. I like Ryan Kesler. He played here in the minors (Manitoba Moose) and was one of the best players we had. I just have to believe that he was simply bolstering his own teams confidence because I don't want to believe he is a classless ass. Canadian players refused the engage that kind of behavior, and I am proud of that. Just like Big Poppa doesn't like us bashing other guitar manufacturers on this forum! Karma has a funny way of biting you in the ass.

The great players always rise to the occasion. Way to go Sid!

Anyway, we get GOLD! Hockey is our game and always will be. Go Canada!

Nice that we set the record for most Gold medals in a Winter Olympics ever as well. Not bad considering there are more people in the State of California then the entire country of Canada.

Sheesh PUG ...Like OUCH...Considering where he came from ...Like 2 hours from me...it a VERY rough neighborhood...Maybe hes seen enough Violence.....He rose above it all to become what he is today ...ONE of the PREMIER players in the game.....I wish people would stop judging him .....as i /we could judge your "wimpy" playing and the LACK of style you have when you strum.........i wish you could lay down a better rhythm on your guitar but what can i say ..you DO live in Vegas...so maybe the bright lights have affected your vision .....too bad about your sour beans for a great kid and a FANTASTIC ROLE MODEL FOR KIDS ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!

USA will win the gold just like the American Jr's did last month. Actually the American 17 and under team beat Canada last month also. Canada just sucks!!!!!

That said, you can't take anything away from the US. They played hard with all their hearrt and almost stole it from us. They deserve silver + 0.99999. Congrats to all the athletes, respect. PS: That game f'king near gave me a heart attack. WOW!!!

Canada won today, not because they are the better team, due tothe bounce of the puck and homer refs IMO, but congrats Canada.

Ill just sulk over the silver in the California sunshine (supposed to be 70F or 22C) look at the beautiful girls at the beach and maybe go to a Pro Hockey game (Kings or Ducks) tomorrow since Beautiful Cali has half as many Hockey teams as Canada as a whole... haha

I haven't even started on how many stores stock Balls here in Cali... or that I grew up an hour from the factory... I think Ill be ok with the silver. HAHA
