I'm waiting for 98 Degrees to open for Color Me Badd...or would Color Me Badd open for 98 Degrees?

crap, this is harder than the Beatles / Stones argument.

Don't even get me started on New Edition and Bell Biv Devoe!

LMAO.

Is there any way Kris Kross could be on the bill as well?

let's keep it in a friendly discussion :)

nobody is taking it too personal , we are rational people here :p

It's all good Paolo. My comments were geared towards a sampling of what I've seen on the net this morning, not this board in particular.

that's good to know.
this is one of the few forums where is a "friendly environment" and it worth to remember that when we are too "enthusiastic" about some topic :)
let's "chillax" :p

best regards,
Paul

I'm so happy they've finally announced some NA tour dates.

Is anyone here part of the DT fan club? I'd love to get a head start on purchasing tickets.

I'll go see the Iron Maiden/Dream Theater show if they hit CT. I'm sure the Garden will be a great show, but I'm going to skip that venue this time around.

Oh c'mon Pete, you know you want to spend the day hanging with Scott, Lisa, and myself.:D Plus Scott is paying for dinner at Morton's, or Del Frisco's before the show, right Scott?

Maiden at Garden is epic. 2 years ago the power went out there during Powerslave, my brother turned to me and said "great, now we'll have to deal with a riot", but the band just played life-size Foosball using a soccer ball and the Sarcophagus stage props as the figures. It was pretty funny. They got the power back on after 10 minutes, and everyone was happy.

The last time I saw Maiden was here in Hartford at Ozzfest 2005, and they were being hazed to no end by the soundcrew - vocals, PA, and guitars randomly muted throughout the entire set, and then when the stage crew blocked Eddie from his onstage appearance Bruce started into a rant which the soundman muted, immediately driving Bruce onto a rage where he smashed his microphone.

Not surprisingly, Eddie made his onstage appearance during Ozzy's set and tried to chase the Ozzman off the stage to chants from the crowd of "Maiden - Maiden - Maiden"

It's always an adventure at an Iron Maiden concert!

Man, it's been a while since I posted. Shame on me...

Iron Maiden sure put a great show, and they are one of my fave bands ever. I've seen them twice, and they didnt disappoint, they are in my top 3 concerts easily.

With that said, these summer tour should be awesome. I'll try to make it to the San Antonio show.

Im going to see the DT boys tonight in Monterrey, Mexico. Should be fun and plenty of BFR eye candy... I wonder if I'll see the JPX? I'll let you guys know!:D

Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes... The dead rising from the grave!

All that can happen right after the show! We will be in the right city for it!

That would be fine with me Lou. But Lisa and I might be headed down on Friday since my folks live in Manhattan. But either way if you need a ride you can have one if it works for you. You will be sitting next to a baby however.:D

For every Maiden tour since 1999, we do the NJ and NY shows and stay at my folks place. This year they get baby sitting duty too. I called them yesterday and gave them the dates, my Dad said, "well, we are planning on buying a vacation home in Maratha's Vineyard" to which I replied, "well now you know what dates you'll have to be back in NY for".

Is Maratha anything like Dargirie?

And you even edited for spelling....
