So I'm what celebrities would refer to as in a transitional period right now, I'm heading off to rehab and patiently waiting my HH AL in LPB. and reflecting
I was out in the garden last night and day dreaming thinking about all the guitars I bought over all the years, including many non EBMM's I remember when I first started playing having a desire to get guitars with what I now know to be a quilted maple top (At the time I just called it a wavey finish!)
I remember Rob posting that solid colours were cool, and they are - blue guitars are even cooler - and Dargie Greens have got a cool vibe but something 'special' about a figured top - and I love quilts..
Anyway, with EBMM offering so many options and the chioce of getting a quilt or flame you would think that it'd be easy and I'd have them on every wall - I just have to chuckle at the irony that the only 2 guitars I have in my collection have figured tops and they're flame tops instead of quilts
But here's why......
I officially delcare that Flames (especially on EBMM guitars) ROCK!
